This may include front-line workers, supervisors, coaches, administrators, or those finding themselves responsible for achieving results through the work of others.

Leveraging the Talent Insights Report, participants in Taking the Lead will discover the strengths and opportunities of their personal leadership style and its influence on team dynamics. Research-based elements of building high-performing teams are explored through interactive activities and discussions. Participants layer self-awareness within these elements, revealing opportunities for adaptation and acquiring strategies to navigate challenges inherent to a leadership role.
