This group will explore C-Suite challenges from a personal and local business perspective. This group is open to anyone in a strategic leadership position, with a particular focus on positions such as, but not limited to: CEOs, Executive Directors, COOs, CFOs, Owner/Operator, etc. Personal development topics include using the Masterminds framework of lifelines, values, strengths, calling card, passions and legacy. We will discuss local business issues unique to our mountain valley including supply chain, workforce pipeline, housing, childcare, employee retention and business expansion. C-suite Participants should leave with tangible strategies and networks for reducing costs and garnering greater employee satisfaction and retention as well as a better understanding of themselves as leaders in the community. Participants in this group will also serve as mentors through Eagle County Schools business programs and share their skills and knowledge with the next generation of leaders.
