Step Out of the Office and Into Impact: Volunteer With Us This Summer

Team‑building with purpose. Community impact with heart.

The Vail Valley Foundation is dedicated to elevating life in our valley through world‑class arts, athletics, and education programs, and by addressing the real needs of our community. In athletics, we host the GoPro Mountain Games and Stifel Birds of Prey. In the arts, we manage the Gerald R. Ford Amphitheater, the Vilar Performing Arts Center, the Vail Dance Festival, and organize the Town of Eagle ShowDown Town. And in the community, we are working to address access to childcare and workforce housing. Our work brings our community together and strengthens the fabric of the Eagle River Valley.

And we can do even more when local businesses join us!

This summer, we’re inviting local businesses across the valley to rally their teams and jump into a customized Corporate Day of Service. It’s a chance to step away from the office, build stronger connections, and make a tangible difference at some of the valley’s most beloved events and programs, including the GoPro Mountain Games, the Protect our Playground - Restore The Gore Project, the Youth Power Summer Camp Lunch Program, and the Vail Dance Festival. Whether your team thrives on high‑energy action, hands‑on service, or behind‑the‑scenes magic, we’ll help you build a volunteer experience that is meaningful and fun to your team while making a real impact.

Our partners have already shown what’s possible

Last year, our partners have helped us reach a 87% waste‑diversion rate as part of the Mountain Games Green Team; another committed to staff daily lunch service for local students during our three‑week Youth Power Summer Camps; another joined our transportation crew to drive world‑class artists from DIA to Vail during the Dance Festival; and another group joined our Protect Our Playground Day of Service, rolling up their sleeves for a hands‑on trail maintenance project that directly improved outdoor access for the entire community.

Whatever your team’s interests, we’ll tailor a service project that fits your schedule, your values, and your people.

Why your team will love it
