The Calaway-Young Cancer Center at Valley View Presents Walk and Talk

Presented by Calaway-Young Cancer Center, the Walk and Talk cancer support group continues in honor of Nancy Reinisch who started the group 15 years ago. While the group no longer walks as a formal group activity, they continue to meet weekly on Thursdays from 11 a.m. – 12:30 p.m. in the chapel in the cancer center. Led by a grief counselor, Valley View welcomes patients throughout all stages of cancer diagnosis, from treatment through recovery and beyond. People who come carry a deep appreciation for the camaraderie, support, connection and care that is shared amongst each other.
