The discussion will begin with an introduction by Kenneth Howell from KJH Culture followed by a panel of experts diving into the dynamics of employee retention, the creation of a vibrant organizational culture including attracting and sustaining volunteers, and innovative non-monetary benefits. We'll explore practical strategies for onboarding, enhancing employee satisfaction and extending organizational culture. There will be an opportunity to break out for deeper dives into the insights learned from the panel.
