After Hours Mixer - Mountain Recreation | Eagle Pool and Ice Rink

Connection and collaboration, these are just two words that describe our VVP After Hours Mixers. The power of face-to-face networking ignites new connections, fosters meaningful relationships, and unlock endless opportunities. Both VVP members and non-members need to RSVP to attend the After Hours Mixer. When you RSVP you will automatically be entered into the raffle drawing for the evening as part of our efforts to be Actively Green.

Mixer Host: Mountain Recreation's *NEW* Eagle Pool & Ice Rink! 

• This is a family-friendly mixer. Bring the whole family to enjoy the new swimming pool & waterslides, or head inside for roller skating night at the rink! See details below and make sure to RSVP for everyone.
• It's also a great time to bring your used sports equipment to donate to Mountain Rec's 3rd Annual Gear Swap! Drop off at any Mountain Rec facility from June 9th - August 13th. 
• The mixer will take place rain or shine. In the event of bad weather, we will move inside the rink.
• Parking is available in the pool & ice rink lot, with overflow in the dirt lot at the base of the BMX/Pump Track. 
• The Eagle Pool & Ice Rink is an alcohol-free facility - please note this is a dry event.

Additional Details:

• Swimming: The pool will be open for swimming until 6:30pm (that's an extra 30 minutes!). Children under 48" must always be within arm's reach of a supervising adult unless they have passed a Mountain Rec swim test. Click here to view the full list of pool & slide rules.
• Skating: The rink is open for roller/inline skating, music, and lights from 6pm - 8pm. Guests must bring their own skates (roller or inline) and safety equipment. 
• Gear Swap: Mountain Rec will accept any sport-related gear (weapons will not be accepted). Drop off equipment at any facility from June 9th - August 13th. The swap will be held on August 15th. Click here for more info.

All Silver Level members and above, who are able to accommodate up to 100 people, can host an After Hours Mixer by contacting the Vail Valley Partnership at info@vailvalleypartnership.com or 970-471-1000 for more information. Mixer hosts provide food, wine and giveaways.

At no charge, a VVP nonprofit member can be featured at an After Hours Mixer. The featured nonprofit is able to speak to attendees about their organization, mission and upcoming events, or volunteer needs. Non-VVP members who attend the Mixer will be asked to make a $25 cash donation to the featured nonprofit at the door. VVP members are encouraged to donate as well!
