Continuing the journey, Core Transit will maintain the same routes between Dotsero and Vail along the I-70 corridor, including Highway 6, Minturn, Valley, Leadville, and Vail/BC Express routes as previously operated by ECO Transit. Their goal is to provide seamless service to their riders with an outrageously beneficial experience.

Core Transit is gearing up for a transformative journey with their innovative ten-year plan. They're not settling for business as usual. Instead, they're listening to the community to identify where more bus services are needed and exploring new, creative ways to keep everyone moving effortlessly. Core Transit is committed to rider safety and convenience. With Fare-Free service on almost all routes, they invite the community to "reap" the benefits and hop aboard. And remember, you’re already contributing to the system through your tax dollars, so let’s make the most of it and ride together!

For those in fare-collecting zones (Gypsum and Leadville), Core will continue to provide riders with access to the Mobile Fares app, allowing them to purchase fares in the easiest, fastest, and most convenient way.

They also now have a new system allowing riders to track buses in real time and get text alerts catered to their bus stop requests. These upgrades might feel like individual benefits, but Core is focused on community enhancement, too. Think creating jobs, supporting local businesses, and improving service reliability, all of which have a huge economic benefit for the Eagle River Valley.
