Vail-based Woodland Property Management owner Nathan Fuller has expanded into residential real estate as one of Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Colorado Properties’ new broker associates in the Vail-Lionshead office.

A native of Rochester, New York, Fuller holds a Bachelor of Science in business marketing from St. John Fisher University in Rochester.  After graduation, he became a project manager for a marketing agency. His interest in Vail started more than a decade ago with frequent trips to visit family. In 2020, he decided to move here full-time.

Upon arriving in Vail, he entered the hospitality industry and shortly thereafter he met his (now) wife, Lana, where they both worked for Matsuhisa before Fuller started his property management company in 2022.
