Dr. Oliveira is a full-spectrum practitioner, focusing on family medicine for the whole family. Dr. Oliveira’s clinical interests include women’s health; prenatal care, pediatrics; adolescent health; office procedures; management of chronic diseases such as high blood pressure and diabetes; hepatitis C treatment; and addiction medicine.

Born in Brazil, Dr. Oliveira grew up in North Carolina and is fluent in Spanish and Portuguese. Being trilingual, Dr. Oliveira looks forward to getting to know her patients in the context of their families and communities.

Dr. Oliveira completed her undergraduate degree at Cornell University and her medical degree at the Rocky Vista University College of Osteopathic Medicine in Parker, CO. Dr. Oliveira returned to Colorado with her husband, Gastroenterologist Eric Gochanour, MD, who is also a physician at Valley View.

“I am looking forward to being part of Valley View’s Silt Family Practice team and meeting patients throughout our local community,” said Dr. Oliveira. “There’s no better way to become part of my patients’ lives than serving the community. In the past, I’ve done everything from working at free clinics with medical students to teaching cooking classes, so I’m looking forward to continuing that in Silt and beyond.”
