Vail, Colo. (October 1, 2025) — The Vail Chamber & Business Association is hosting a Town Council Candidate Forum from 5 to 8 p.m. Monday, October 13 at Donovan Pavilion, presented by the Vail Board of Realtors. The forum will provide an opportunity for each of the six candidates to introduce themselves and field questions from panelists and the audience. The Vail Town Clerk’s Office has received and validated nomination petitions from six candidates, including two incumbents, who have filed to run for the four open Vail Town Council seats in the November 4 election. In alphabetical order, the candidates are:

Samantha Biszantz
Barry Davis
Kevin Foley
Kim Langmaid
Dave Tucker
Lauren Wallace

Biszantz and Davis are the two incumbents up for re-election, current council member and mayor Travis Coggin has termed out and is not eligible to run in this election. Pete Seibert, current council member, has chosen not to re-run. The forum is open to the public and all are encouraged to attend.  Mark Gordon, former town council member and local real estate broker, will be moderating. Light refreshments will be served.
