Founder and provider Deanna Woodroffe, WHNP-BC (which stands for Board Certified Women's Health Nurse Practitioner), envisioned a practice where patients feel known. “People want answers. They want partnership. They want someone who sees them as a whole person, not just a symptom,” she shares.
Today, Vibrant Health of Colorado serves men, women, and families with a comprehensive approach to primary care, hormone optimization, gynecology, weight management, and preventive medicine. The practice blends traditional medical training with root-cause and lifestyle-focused functional medicine, helping patients understand why they feel the way they do, and how to truly restore balance.

The Eagle Ranch location at 1143 Capitol Street reflects that same intentionality. The building is personally owned and has been thoughtfully renovated to create a calm, welcoming space where patients feel at ease the moment they walk in.
Expanding into Eagle was a natural step. “People living in Vail Valley and the surrounding areas values wellness, longevity, and community,” Deanna says. “We’re proud to be part of a place where people prioritize living well.” 
Beyond the exam room, Vibrant Health is committed to engaging with the community through educational talks and outreach focused on hormone health, metabolic health, and preventive care, empowering residents with knowledge that supports lifelong wellness.
