She is doing the heavy lifting, building out the structure, securing accreditation, ensuring compliance, and shaping this program into something that will last for years to come. We are committed to making it a community-supported effort, drawing on the expertise within our own company as well as outside. Seasoned technicians, men and women who have spent years mastering their craft, will help train the next wave of apprentices.
