In June, Vail Valley Partnership and Eagle County School District proudly hosted the 2025 Apprentice/Supervisor Bootcamp Training at Colorado Mountain College. During this exciting event, 15 youth apprentices officially signed on with 9 local businesses across Eagle County. 

This two-day professional development and team-building experience was designed to prepare both apprentices and their supervisors for a successful transition into their new roles. Participants engaged in interactive workshops focused on career-readiness strategies, communication tools, and workplace expectations. The event also served as a valuable networking opportunity, allowing apprentices and supervisors to connect, collaborate, and lay the foundation for a strong support system throughout the two-year apprenticeship journey.
