Growing Our Red Rocks Car Service in 2026
Red Rocks is gearing up for one of its biggest seasons in years. The 2026 concert calendar stretches from April to October, with more than 160 shows on the schedule. Headliners include Paul Simon, The Strokes, Brandi Carlile, Zac Brown Band, Widespread Panic, John Mulaney, and many others. At Blue Sky Limo, we're getting ready to make this our best Red Rocks season yet.
In recent years, our Red Rocks car service has become a key part of our summer business. We've brought on more drivers, expanded our coverage across Colorado, and improved our concert-night logistics. Denver is still our busiest pickup area, but we're seeing more transfers from the Rocky Mountain resorts, especially the Vail Valley, and we expect this trend to continue through 2026.

Getting to Red Rocks
Red Rocks attracts concert-goers from all over Colorado. Most of our rides start in the Denver metro area, just 16 miles west of downtown, which is a 30- to 45-minute drive depending on traffic. From the Vail Valley, it's about 90 miles east on I-70, usually taking 1.5 to 2 hours each way. The real challenge on concert nights isn't the distance, but the logistics. With about 9,500 fans heading into one canyon for a sold-out show, dealing with traffic, finding a designated driver, parking, and leaving the venue can be tough.
Driving yourself has its drawbacks. On-site parking lots are limited and fill up hours before the show. Parking costs $25 per vehicle, and most spots require a steep uphill walk to the amphitheater. Rideshares can work for getting to the venue, but leaving is often a hassle. Surge pricing kicks in, wait times can be over an hour, and drivers sometimes cancel when they see the pickup is in the canyon late at night. Shared shuttles and buses are available, but they usually attract a younger, louder crowd and require you to stick to a set return time, no matter when you want to leave.
A private car service is the best choice for anyone who wants a comfortable, relaxing ride to the venue and an easy trip home after the show. With Blue Sky Limo's Red Rocks Car Service, you get picked up at your door in a luxury SUV and dropped off at the Upper North entrance, which is the closest gate to reserved seating. Your chauffeur stays on-site during the concert. When the show ends, your vehicle is waiting in the same spot. You avoid parking hassles, don't have to ride with strangers, and skip the long walk to your car. It's a smooth, pleasant experience from start to finish.
Our Service Areas

Most of our Red Rocks rides start in the Denver metro area, including downtown, LoDo, RiNo, Cherry Creek, the Tech Center, the western suburbs, and all major hotels. We also pick up guests directly from Denver International Airport for those flying in for a show, with hotel drop-off or an overnight stay included in the booking. Outside the metro, we also serve Boulder, Golden, and the southern suburbs.
For guests and locals at Rocky Mountain resorts, we offer direct service from Vail, Beaver Creek, Edwards, Avon, and Summit County resorts such as Breckenridge, Keystone, Copper, Frisco, and Silverthorne. These mountain transfers are becoming a bigger part of our Red Rocks transportation service, especially for valley residents and second-homeowners who want to catch a show without making the late-night drive back on I-70.

What This Means for the Vail Valley
Our Red Rocks service in the Vail Valley has grown significantly over the past two seasons. In the past, many valley guests saw Red Rocks as out of reach. It is a great venue with big-name acts, but it's really a two-day commitment once you include the late-night drive back over Vail Pass and the lost productivity the next day.
With our private Red Rocks car service, the trip can be done in a single evening. We pick guests up at their hotel or home, drive them to Morrison in a luxury SUV, and bring them back the same night—no one has to worry about driving. For valley hotels, concierges, and property managers, this makes it easy to answer guest questions about Red Rocks. For residents and second-homeowners, weeknight shows are now possible without losing the next day. Since we started this service, demand has grown a lot, and 2026 looks to be our best year yet for Red Rocks transfers.
