Epic Pass prices will increase on November 19th, so if you plan on coming to Vail or any other Vail Resorts destinations this Winter, don't delay, as you won't be able to get today's rates for very much longer.

Understanding the Epic Pass

For those new to the Epic Pass, here's a quick rundown of what it offers: It is the premier season pass from Vail Resorts, providing unlimited access to over 40 leading ski resorts in the US, Canada, Europe, Japan, and Australia. With daily rates at many of these resorts costing over $200/day at many of these resorts, the Epic Pass offers incredible value for money. It is a must-have for skiers and riders looking to maximize their days on the slopes this Winter. 

Choosing the Right Epic Pass for You

The 2023 Epic Pass comes in many different configurations, and choosing the right one will depend primarily on where and when you want to ski or ride and how often you plan on doing so. Here's a brief overview of the main 2023/2024 Epic Pass choices:

The Full Epic Pass: - No restrictions, unlimited access to all resorts globally. It's best for die-hard skiers/riders chasing as many days as possible.

The Epic Local Pass: - Access to most resorts with holiday restrictions at some premier destinations like Vail, Beaver Creek, and Whistler. Great for skiers who can navigate blackout dates.

Epic Day Pass Packs: - 1 to 7 discounted ski days to use whenever, wherever. Perfect for occasional skiers doing a limited number of days per season.

The new 2023/2024 Epic Passes have many new features and benefits. Also, by partnering with Uplift - The Epic Pass is now easily financed via low monthly payments through Uplift, making it easier and more flexible than ever to get your pass and enjoy all the fantastic terrain Vail Resorts has to offer.

- Mobile Phone Ski Passes via My Epic App

One of the most significant upgrades for 2023/2024 is direct mobile lift access through the new My Epic app. Epic Pass holders can leave their plastic passes at home and access lifts using only their smartphones. Pull out your phone and scan it at the lift gates to skip the ticket window and head to the slopes. This convenient new tech saves time, so you can focus on the only line that matters - your next run! The My Epic app is an all-in-one hub to manage your pass, check trail maps, and lift line wait times. But don't worry; if you don't want to take your phone on the mountain or feel better by having a pass on you, old-school plastic passes will still be available and will be issued to everyone who purchases an Epic Pass this year.

- New Resort Access in Europe

The 2023/2024 Epic Pass now includes expanded European access! This features a new partnership with Disentis in Switzerland, plus extended access to ski areas like Les 3 Vallees, Ski Arlberg, Skirama Dolomiti, and Verbier4Vallées. Epic Pass holders will now have access to the Andermatt-Sedrun-Disentis ski area in Switzerland, which totals over 180 miles of pistes. Holders must pick up a 5 CHF access card at ticket windows to access lifts. The Epic Pass also continues partnerships with top resorts in France, Austria, Italy, and Switzerland. For example, you'll have five days at Verbier4Vallées, seven days at Les 3 Vallees, and more. This provides easy access to world-class European skiing.

- Epic FlexPay: A Game Changer in Ski Pass Payment

Vail Resorts introduces Epic FlexPay, a revolutionary 2023/2024 ski season payment plan. Powered by Uplift, this innovative plan allows you to purchase your Epic Pass and pay for it over time with affordable monthly installments. Epic FlexPay is designed to make the Epic Pass more budget-friendly and accessible, especially for those who find the upfront cost of a ski pass financially challenging. This plan allows skiers and snowboarders to secure their pass access without paying the total price upfront.

The Epic Savings discount is only valid for Vail Resorts destinations in Colorado. Blue Sky Limo offers premier airport transfers to Copper Mountain from Denver and service to Aspen and Steamboat, but the 20% discount cannot be applied to those resorts.

However, even if you plan to ski at Copper Mountain or one of Colorado's other fantastic non-Epic Pass resorts this winter, you can still take advantage of Blue Sky Limo's best-in-class private airport transportation services.
