At Roundup River Ranch, our Summer Staff Nurses are more than clinicians; they’re teammates, mentors, and everyday heroes for kids living with serious medical conditions. You’ll provide hands-on pediatric care in a dynamic camp setting, supporting campers through medications, treatments, and daily routines, all while being part of the magic that makes camp unforgettable.

This role is equal parts skill and heart: collaborating closely with a tight-knit Medical Team, supporting and training volunteers, and jumping into cabin life to ensure every camper feels safe, included, and able to fully participate. One minute you’re managing care plans, the next you’re cheering on a camper at an activity or helping a nervous first-timer feel at ease.
