As a Lead Nurse at Roundup River Ranch, you’ll help guide the heartbeat of our medical program—supporting the health, safety, and wellbeing of campers while leading and uplifting a team of seasonal nurses. This is more than a traditional charge role; it’s a chance to mentor, collaborate, and create an environment where both campers and staff can thrive.

You’ll partner closely with the Nursing Director, Nursing Manager, and Medical Director to keep medical operations running smoothly, while also providing hands-on pediatric care. From coordinating care and supporting your fellow nurses to training volunteers and non-medical staff, you’ll play a key role in ensuring everyone feels confident, prepared, and supported.
