SteamMaster Restoration and Cleaning, LLC is looking for a motivated and reliable Customer Service Representative to be the friendly first point of contact for our valued clients.

What You'll Do:

Answer calls, emails, and in-person inquiries with a warm and professional tone

Schedule appointments and dispatch field teams efficiently

Support our restoration and cleaning teams by managing customer communication

Handle documentation and assist with project coordination

Represent the SteamMaster brand with care, confidence, and a customer-first mindset

What We're Looking For:

Strong communication and organizational skills

Ability to remain calm and helpful under pressure

Prior customer service experience preferred

Comfortable using computers, scheduling tools, and phone systems

A team player with a can-do attitude
