Trio Therapy Partners (TTP) was founded in 2014 to provide occupational therapy, physical therapy, mental health counseling, and equine-assisted learning services to our community. TTP specializes in using equine movement and equine interactions as treatment tools within the natural environment of the barn to help meet the goals of our clients. Each year TTP serves 100 adults, children and families in the Eagle River Valley through individual and group appointments. The mission of TTP is to empower individuals through unique rehabilitative strategies.
Job Description:
TTP is proud to announce we are expanding our team! We are looking for a Service Coordinator that is bilingual in Spanish and English. This person will be dedicated to our mission and vision and able to work 32-40 hours/week, year-round. This individual will demonstrate the ability to work in multiple environments that would include at home-office work in addition to being at the Eagle River Center indoor arena for our services and possibly at the boarding facility where our horses are kept for ranch/equine chores for the right candidate. The Eagle River Center and the boarding facility are in Eagle and within 2 miles of each other. This candidate will also demonstrate communication skills in English and Spanish and the ability to build relationships with both clients, volunteers and staff. TTP is a fun, fast-paced non-profit and we are looking for an individual to match our dynamic setting, love for helping people and affinity for the healing powers of animals, especially horses!
Job Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and communicate schedules for clients, therapists/instructors, and volunteers.
- Assist in enhancing our bilingual resources - digital and print.
- Manage the client interface of our Electronic Medical Record (EMR) system.
- Organize and monitor the volunteer schedule to ensure all shifts are covered.
- Perform data entry for various programs within our organization.
- Ensure excellence in communication with our clients.
- Provide service support and facilitate day-to-day operations when appointments are in session.
- Assist with community and fundraising events.
- Support equine management, ranch duties and chores as needed for the right interested applicant.
Job Qualifications:
- Bilingual fluency both writer and verbal in Spanish and English (Required).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs and/or Google Suites.
- Trainability with online mediums including social media, data entry software, EMR, and website platforms.
- Flexible, problem solving, can-do mindset.
Pay: $25/hour, DOE. This person will report directly to the Executive Director and work closely with the Director of Operations. All applicants welcome and priority will be given to the best fit and skill set.
