Job Description

As a Dispatch Agent, you will be the critical link between our drivers and clients. Your primary responsibility will be managing and coordinating airport transportation schedules, ensuring that our luxury late-model SUV shuttles are utilized effectively to provide prompt and reliable service. You will oversee communication with drivers, track vehicle locations, and ensure client transportation needs are met promptly and efficiently. As one of our airport transfer dispatch agents, your primary responsibility will be in directing airport shuttle pick up and drop off for the following routes:

Denver Airport (DIA) To/From

Denver/Copper Mountain Car Service

Denver/Vail Car Service

Denver/Beaver Creek Car Service

Denver/Breckenridge Car Service

Denver/Aspen Car Service

Denver/Keystone Car Service

Eagle Airport (EGE) To/From

Eagle Airport to Vail Car Service

Eagle Airport to Beaver Creek Car Service

Eagle Airport to Aspen Car Service

Eagle Airport to Breckenridge Car Service

Eagle Airport to Copper Mountain

Eagle Airport to Keystone

Candidates already familiar with the roads/conditions/locations of these routes will be preferred for the position.

Job Requirements

- Strong organizational and communication skills.

- Proficient in using GPS and scheduling software.

- Ability to work flexible hours, including early mornings, late nights, and holidays.

- Excellent customer service skills, with an ability to address client concerns effectively.

- Previous experience in dispatch or transportation coordination is required.

- Must be a team player with a commitment to safety and quality service.

- Local residency in Summit County or Eagle County with excellent knowledge of the local area.
