Accounting & Administrative Specialist
Our growing business is on the hunt for an exceptional individual who will thrive in a dual role as a part of our administrative and accounting teams.
On the accounting side, you are an expert with numbers who possesses an extraordinarily high level of attention to detail and you are able to distill actionable insights from complex accounting structures. And whether this sounds like a step up from your current role, or harkens back to your days in a fledgling start up, the common denominator is a desire to partner with principals and leverage financial insights in order to grow our wonderful and unique tree care business. We’re driven. We’re strategic. We’re very good at what we do, and we are looking for someone equally obsessed who can help guide strategic decisions by keeping close watch over the day-to-day and long-term financials.
As an administrative pro, you are grease; you are glue; you are a rising tide that lifts and supports all boats in the organizations for which you worked. Your intelligence, integrity, and business savvy distinguish your work, and you communicate in a way that instills confidence in your own abilities while bringing out the very best in others. Your skills include a rock-solid foundation and proven track record in administrative support and accounting. You intuitively learn new systems and know how to create clear SOPs to guide their use. You move quickly and pivot precisely when needed, understanding the value of others’ time and that priorities change based on the opportunities and challenges present on any given day. You also have the ability to stay laser focused and follow through on the long-term priorities that define and sustain our company’s culture. You are the kind of person who proactively raises your hand and eagerly embraces challenges when you see a need, but you also know how to ensure that you don’t get overextended. Most importantly, you are a true collaborator with a growth mindset, which means that you seek out and value feedback and live your life pursuing every opportunity to become your best self.
WE are a locally-based tree care and forestry business that has grown over the past 8 years from 3 employees to a team of more than 50.
