Wednesday, February 18, 2026 (12:00 PM - 1:00 PM) (MST)

Description

Valley View, an independent, not-for-profit health system based in Glenwood Springs, Colo., is pleased to announce its Women’s Health Series as part of its Valley View University (VVU) series. Whether juggling career, family or personal goals, this series offers expert insights, practical tips and a Q&A to help women learn more about their well-being through important health topics. These free, live virtual webinars designed specifically for women by female providers will take place via Zoom on select dates in January and February from 12 to 1 p.m.

Valley View professionals know that one doctor’s visit is often not enough to get all questions answered, so Valley View University (VVU) strives to provide an opportunity for anyone to learn more in a stress-free environment. VVU provides the community with engaging and personalized medical education by Valley View’s world-class providers.

Haley Hoffman, DO, a trained family medicine physician at Valley View's Roaring Fork Family Practice, will present "Navigating the Change: What Every Woman Should Know About Perimenopause and Menopause.” In this 30-minute webinar, followed by an open Q&A, Dr. Hoffman will discuss what to expect and how to manage the symptoms of perimenopause and menopause.
