The 22nd Annual Success Awards recognizes businesses and individuals who have excelled over the past year, and celebrates those who have demonstrated outstanding dedication and impact in the Vail Valley. These businesses and individuals are key drivers of the region’s economic growth and community development.

Join us as we honor the finalists and announce the winners on Thursday, May 8th, at the EagleVail Pavilion! We’ll announce the winners in 10 award categories and celebrate their incredible contributions. Click here to see this year's finalists.

2025 Success Award Categories Include: Business of the Year, Small Business of the Year, Nonprofit of the Year, Small Nonprofit of the Year, Best Place to Work, Community Impact Award – Individual, Community Impact Award – Organization, Young Professional of the Year, and Excellence in Diversity, Equity and Inclusion. Additionally, a Member of the Year, Chairman's Award and Innovation in the Public Sector Award are selected by VVP staff and board.
