Holly Johnson is the Founder & Principal of Growth Solutions, where she helps business owners and leadership teams build stronger organizations through exceptional leadership, improved hiring and retention, increased profitability, and high-performing workplace cultures.

With more than 35 years of experience, Holly has partnered with organizations ranging from family-owned service businesses and destination resorts to nonprofits and national organizations such as UnitedHealthcare, helping leaders solve complex challenges and achieve sustainable growth.

A three-time nationally published author, Holly has founded and led two successful marketing and public relations firms. She is known for identifying practical solutions that help organizations strengthen their people, performance, and profits.

Outside of work, Holly enjoys running, cycling, skiing, scuba diving, traveling, cooking, watching movies, and exploring Colorado's mountain communities.
