We are a Colorado Proud, Small Batched Hot Sauce established in 1997.  The profile is a Sweet Heat with a medium/long finish.  Fat Alley Hot Sauce is a flavor enhancer for:  eggs, avocado toast, clam chowder, salmon, bbq, ranch dressing, soups, etc.
