DESCRIPTION:This is a professional development and team building event designed to help our new supervisors successfully transition into their new mentor roles! You will participate in a number of workshops that will give you strategies and tools to help you plan for the next 2 years with your new apprentice. It will also give you the opportunity to meet with other supervisors to gain insight into what has worked in the past and what is to come in the future. You will have a chance to meet with your apprentice during the luncheon to begin to build a relationship that will hopefully grow into an amazing experience for everyone over the next 2 years.If you are a returning supervisor and have attended this event in the past\, we invite you to attend the Team Building Activity and Lunch from 12:00 - 1:30pm. Feel free to come earlier if you need a refresher in any of the sessions\, please check the agenda below.
