General Purpose

Mountain Family Health Centers (MFHC) relies on funding from federal, state, municipalities, foundations, and corporations. The Grants Manager will oversee and track all aspects of the grant process, which include planning and identifying potential grantors, writing grant proposals, award communication, monitoring, grantor stewardship, reporting, and record-keeping. 

Job Qualifications: 

1. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
2. Knowledge of Microsoft Office. 
3. At least two years’ experience as a grant writer.

Salary: $65,320 to $75,000 annually; DOQ
