While this may sound like a whole list of reasons NOT to buy a house - don't give up! Home ownership is not an impossible dream, but understanding the process, requirements, and resources available is vital when embarking on the home-buying journey. This course will set you up for success - providing the knowledge and tools you'll need, specific to our Eagle County real estate market and the people that make it all work (that's you!). 

How The F*#? Session Three - Buying a House

  • Intended For: This course is open to anyone, but is designed for first-time and repeat buyers in Eagle County. Locals looking to purchase a deed-restricted home or access local programs like Eagle County Good Deeds and Down Payment Assistance. No prior experience required!
